Return Eligibility

  • Share your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please do not use or wash the product before reporting the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Gift cards, if applicable.

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

  • Returns requested after the eligible return period.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, ATIRO will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For returns due to size preference, change of mind, or other customer-related reasons, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable charges will be communicated before the return is processed.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery if the item is eligible under this policy.


Refund Exceptions
